Skona is looking for a passionate and skilled Account Manager to ensure that our B2B tech clients receive top-notch service and results on time. We're after an organized self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment, has a love for design, and enjoys fostering strong client relationships.
As our new Account Manager, you will closely collaborate with our Account Directors and Supervisors to deliver impactful work for our clients. Previous experience in an account role within an Advertising Agency is essential. Familiarity with B2B tech is highly preferred.
In this role, you will need to grasp and convey traditional and digital marketing concepts and provide valuable feedback to the creative team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in managing budgets, ensuring account profitability, and cultivating excellent client / agency relations.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Account Supervisor / Director with client accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for small to mid-level projects; proactively identify and resolve issues, escalating to the Account Director as needed.
- Facilitate client and internal meetings with clear objectives and outcomes; document notes and action items.
- Oversee the development of multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Keep clients and internal teams informed on project status.
- Utilize Wrike for project organization and documentation.
- Create actionable creative briefs and offer valuable creative feedback that aligns with campaign goals; synthesize and validate client feedback before passing it to the creative team.
- Identify opportunities for additional work with clients and coordinate with relevant team members to pitch new ideas.
- Manage project and team resources.
