Project Manager - Residential Remodeling

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Residential Remodeling Project Manager to oversee our remodeling projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage subcontractors and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple remodeling projects on-site from start to finish.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and communication.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring work is completed efficiently, professionally, and to company standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timelines are met.
• Ensure job sites remain clean, safe, and organized at all times.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, controlling costs without compromising quality.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure superior workmanship.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the project.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, reports, and client interactions.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential remodeling or construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
