What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility Maintenance position at SK Services, LLC?
*Monday-Thursday 5:30am-4:00pm (Some Fridays)
*$18/hour
Cleaning
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors. Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces, such as desks, door handles, and phones. Wash windows, walls, and glass. Clean and stock restrooms, and polish fixtures and counters. Dust furniture, walls, and equipment.
Maintenance
Perform minor repairs, such as replacing light fixtures, adjusting door handles, or unclogging pipes. Maintain HVAC systems and replace air filters. Also service forklifts- light repairs, Steam Cleaning, and changing oil/ service trucks.
Other tasks
Gather and empty trash and recycling bins. Maintain outdoor grounds, such as cutting grass, weed eating, and trimming bushes. Perform routine inspections and document maintenance activities. Notify managers of any deficiencies or needs for repairs. Follow health and safety regulations.
Facility Maintenance Technicians will need to cooperate with other staff and have good communication skills.

- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- HVAC: 2 years (Required)
- Facilities maintenance: 2 years (Required)
