Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented RN/LPN to provide high-quality patient care, supervise delegated nursing acts, and manage unit operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Perform general nursing procedures
- Provide supervision and direction of delegated nursing acts
- Manage unit(s) and perform routine cares of the residents
- Report general learning and skills development needs to the appropriate shift supervisor
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have an active RN/LPN license, be in good standing on the Wisconsin Registry, and pass a background and drug test. Additionally, all employees are required to have the COVID-19 vaccine unless proof of a medical or religious exemption.
