The Community Services Team is hiring for a Senior Living Resource Assistant. This position will oversee a variety of tasks and duties to support the residents of our Independent Living Communities as well as the Community Relations Team in planning, coordinating, and implementing an overall program that promotes and enhances the mission and programs of Skaalen.
Responsibilities
- Marketing and Public Relations
- Developing brochures, and displays
- Direct and Coordinate materials released from Skaalen that promote residential life and services
- Planning and hosting community service events and coffee hours
- Serve as staff liaison to the Skaalen Auxiliary in partnership with the Chaplain
- Layout and design of Resident monthly newsletters
- Serve as back up to Director of Senior Housing
- Independent Living Tours
- Schedule appointments
- Back up to closings
- Complete all other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Effective Verbal and Written communication skills, proof reading, familiar with social media platforms
- Proficient in working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
