We are seeking a professional and motivated Flooring Specialist with a "close the sale" mentality to join our team. As part of our highly-trained salesforce, you will guide our clients to the best choice in flooring options and manage their project from start to beautiful finish.
Responsibilities include: assisting our clients in selecting new flooring and carpet, building accurate proposals, securing each sale, following up after installation and prospecting for new business. We are looking for ambitious professionals with excellent communication skills, who will fit in our customer-focused, service-driven environment.

Job Qualifications
As a floor covering sales professional, exceptional interpersonal skills are the most important qualification. You need to be able to easily establish rapport and trust with a wide range of clients. You also need to be detail oriented, able to engage each client’s unique goals and circumstances.
We prefer applicants with at least five years’ experience in commissioned sales. However, if you’ve excelled working in the restaurant industry as a server or bartender or another industry that requires a significant amount of face-to-face customer interaction, we welcome your application.
Other qualifications include:
- High school diploma.
- Interest and/or experience in interior design
- Good math skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
