- About Us:*
**$5,000 Sign On Bonus eligible for positions with a 0.6 FTE or higher**
- Essential Functions:*
- Assist the surgeon at the sterile field using the procedure in accordance with established procedures.
- Assist patient and surgeon with procedure/surgery preparation.
- Provide requested instrumentation.
- Assist RN with preparation of patient prior to the procedure in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures.
- Prepare operating room for procedure to ensure patient safety.
- Ensure all required equipment and instrumentation is available in the room.
- Ensures additional supplies are available as needed. Set up the room based on procedure type.
- Perform post procedure duties in accordance with established guidelines.
- Assist with room turnover, instrumentation and equipment post procedure processing.
- Salary:*
- $32.35/hr - $46.96/hr DOE

- Current Washington State Surgical Technologist registration required.
- Current AHA (American Heart Association) Healthcare Provider BLS required.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Graduate of a Surgical Technologist program or US military Operating Room training preferred.
