What are the responsibilities and job description for the Journeyman Millwright position at Skagit River Reman?
Skagit River Reman is currently hiring for a full time Journeyman Millwright position. We are looking for someone with experience to assist our Lead Millwright.
Summary: Safely maintain and repair all aspects of a planer mill.
Essential Functions:
- Install, repair, maintain, dismantle, and reassemble machinery
- Assist in maintaining a stock of parts and supplies
- Inspect machinery to identify issues and prevent future downtime
- Complete Repair Requests
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Understanding of sawmill/planer mill manufacturing operations
- Observe all safety rules
- Must be dependable and show ability to follow directions
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US. We are an E-verify Employer
Benefits:
