The Support Engineer position is a prime role in the top tier of our global, multi-timezone Application Technical Support team.
Your daily responsibilities will include analyzing complex support tickets, which will demand both query and scripting skills, alongside direct customer interaction to resolve intricate platform issues and maintain production environments.

Main Responsibilities :
- Develop in-depth expertise in Skai's products and systems for effective troubleshooting and resolution of functional issues.
- Collaborate with clients, account managers, and technical teams to address application-related challenges.
- Propose innovative workarounds and tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
- Take ownership of technical issues and liaise with our Development team for advanced problem resolution.
- Create automation tools and processes to enhance our support efforts.
- Document troubleshooting methodologies and resolution steps for future reference.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000, contingent on experience, skills, and internal equity. This role is also eligible for quarterly bonus compensation through Skai’s attractive incentive plans, details of which will be discussed during the recruitment process.
