Responsibilities :
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their service needs.
Provide accurate estimates for tire and mechanical services, ensuring transparent pricing.
Schedule appointments and effectively manage the service bays and road service trucks to optimize workflow.
Communicate with technicians to relay customer instructions and ensure timely service completion.
Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates on service progress.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer information, service history, and invoices.
Perform digital vehicle inspections to document and present upselling opportunities.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education or certification is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service role within the automotive industry is required.
Knowledge of tire and mechanical services to accurately assess customer needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and technicians.
Strong organizational skills to manage appointments, service records, and customer inquiries.
Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and pricing estimates.
