Schedule: Monday -Friday; 40 hours a week (with the option of overtime)

Pay: $16.00/hr-$18.50-pay commensurate on experience
Responsibilities:
- Create age-appropriate lessons
- Work with team members to develop a daily schedule/routine that provides for a balance of hands-on activities that include: active to quiet times, large and small group, child-initiated and teacher-directed, indoor and outdoor.
- Guide children's behaviors by using and promoting positive guidance techniques that are appropriate to each child's development.
- Foster a classroom environment of respect and safety
- Perform daily cleaning routines to keep classrooms sanitary and safe
- Keep parents and families updated on their child’s daily activities and progress
Requirements:
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· Highschool Diploma or equivalent
· 1 years of experience working in a Child Care setting or related field
· Ability to work creatively
Preferred Qualifications
· CPR and First Aid Certification
· 9 completed ECE units or Child Development Associate Certification
