As a market leader in project development and construction, we are always looking for ways to improve project delivery. Whether it is IPD, Design-Build or traditional GCCM delivery, the Design Manager / Integrator plays a pivotal role in setting up our projects for success. You will join a talented team of professionals dedicated to improving the traditional design delivery process through a collaborative and fully integrated approach. Design Manager Required Qualifications :
- 12 years of experience in design management within the AEC industry
- 4 years of experience successfully winning and managing design-build projects
- 8 years of experience managing teams
- Experience with a diverse market portfolio including either healthcare, K-12, life science, or higher education
- Bachelor’s Degree – Architecture; or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 12 years prior relevant experience
