The Superintendent - Electrical is responsible for field operations in assigned areas or aspects of the project. He / she ensures the work is performed in a safe, timely, profitable, and ethical manner, in accordance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule. He / she directly supervises field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents. The Superintendent - Electrical is responsible for planning, directing, and guiding the business goals, plans, and processes for the electrical scope of work. He / She is responsible for the safe, compliant, and effective execution of electrical and instrument work.
Superintendent - Electrical Required Qualifications :
- 7 years of Safety and QAQC cultural knowledge
- 10 years of proven MEP construction experience
- 7 years of electrical trade specific knowledge
- 5 years experience managing schedules and subcontractors, and coordinating with architectural trades
- 5 years experience working with contracts and exhibits
- 5 years experience with detailed planning and demonstrated ability to understand plans and specs
- Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 12 years prior relevant experience
