ERP Techno-Functional Specialist possesses a strong blend of technical and functional expertise in Oracle JD Edwards and other related ERP products particularly in the HR, Payroll, Financial and Job Cost domains. This role is critical in supporting JD Edwards issues, upgrades, enhancement, and maintenance projects. Their responsibilities include operating and maintaining these technologies, coordinating, and supporting system changes, curating documentation, facilitating training, and continuously improving operations. This role will work with Prophix, Oracle EPM, Oracle HCM, and Data Access Studio (DAS). To be successful in this role, a candidate must be effective at prioritizing tasks in a fast paced environment and be comfortable working with others to achieve shared goals. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for functional and technical questions about capabilities within responsible technologies. The Techno-Functional Systems Specialist will serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and end users, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements. This position will prepare deployment, backup, and backout strategies for planned changes to Skanska’s accounting, finance, job cost, and HR/Payroll technologies.


Functional Systems Specialist Required Qualifications:
      • 5 years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards financials, HR/Payroll including time entry, payroll processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, expenses, fixed assets, equipment management, real estate, and associated system configurations.
      • 2 years of experience working with accounting, finance and/or job cost in construction and development, including knowledge of time and materials billing, change management, and forecasting.
      • 2 years of experience reading code and logs
      • 2 years of experience preparing and executing SQL statements
      • Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years prior relevant experience.
