Custom Home Foundation Excavation
We are seeking an experienced excavation contractor to perform foundation work for a custom home project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful foundation excavation and site preparation for high-end residential construction.
Responsibilities:
- Excavate site to proper depth and dimensions for custom home foundation
- Prepare site for foundation pouring, including grading, leveling, and compaction
- Ensure all excavation work meets local building codes and engineering specifications
- Coordinate with general contractor and other trades to maintain project timeline
- Dispose of all excavated materials in an environmentally responsible manner
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in custom home foundation excavation
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and excavation best practices
- Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and drawings
- Proficient operation of excavation equipment such as backhoes, skid steers, etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
