Night Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Manager to oversee our fun entertainment roller skating environment establishment during evening hours. The Night Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards and, delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage staff effectively while fostering a positive work environment.

Duties

• Supervise operations during night shifts to ensure quality service and adherence to food safety standards.
• Manage food preparation processes.
• Assist in staff training, providing guidance on best practices in food management and customer service techniques.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
• Maintain inventory levels of food supplies.
• Enforce health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring compliance with local health codes.
• Support employees, clean areas needed, and help customers with issues that may arise.

Experience

• Previous experience in a entertainment environment is preferred, but a little managerial experience by itself (not in this environment) would work.
• Proven ability to lead a team effectively, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate staff.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to enhancing the guest experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
