Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Floor Maintainer Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Buffing, Riding Floor Equipment, Kalvac and Carpet.
Duties:
- Perform floor maintenance tasks including Buffing, Kalvac and carpet cleaning
- Utilize commercial cleaning equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Conduct custodial duties related to floor care and make sure nightly task are completed
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on different floor surfaces
- Inspect and address any issues with floor cleanliness promptly
Skills:
- Experience in environmental services and commercial cleaning
- Proficiency in buffing, carpet cleaning, and general floor care techniques, we will train to use Kalvac equipment
- Ability to work efficiently and independently to maintain clean and safe floors
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality results
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
