SKB Facilities and Maintenance, Inc., is hiring for Leads and Supervisors! This is a working Lead/Supervisor and the position will have daily duties assigned by the Project Manager of the site.
Position will monitor the work of other janitorial associates, give out assignments, train employees, monitor time and make sure all duties are completed for the shift. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years previous Lead/Supervisory experience.
Essential Functions of the job: Must be able to stand and walk the entire shift. Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, reach and lift 25lbs without assistance.
May clean public restrooms, wipe down desk/chairs, dust, sweep, mop, dust mop and vacuum. May perform additional duties as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
