What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis position at Skechers U.S.A.?
As a Manager on the Skechers Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will be responsible for analyzing metrics and trends to understand results and support business decisions. In collaboration with operational leaders and partners, you will prepare and review annual financial plans, on-going financial forecasts, and long-term strategic plans for our wholesale, retail and ecommerce businesses. You will also provide key input on business models and initiatives, designed to drive growth, profitability, and shareholder value. You will support communications with external stakeholders, shareholders and third-party analysts. You will also have exposure and visibility to the C-Level Executive team, working closely with our Chief Financial Officer. Lastly, you will oversee a team of analysts.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-
- Prepare accurate and timely analytics, reports, and insightful observations for business leaders to increase operational effectiveness and efficiency, and to support communications with the board and external stakeholders
- Help develop an annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and a long-range plan for our wholesale, retail and ecommerce businesses
- Support various business leaders with ad hoc operational and strategic analyses and projects. Manage company-wide data requests efficiently
- Lead, support and teach a team of analysts
- Participate in the on-going development and operations of a newly implemented worldwide planning and financial system

Salary : $130,000 - $165,000
