Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Computational 3D Footwear Designer to join our design team at Skechers. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative footwear products that meet our brand's high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of the Sr. Director of Design and Special Projects, design and develop innovative and cost-efficient footwear products.
- Work with design management, development, and marketing personnel to collaborate on design projects to maximize effectiveness and build product to target cost.
- Develop seasonal product strategies and trend boards.
- Create accurate tech packs for outsole and upper designs.
Requirements:
- Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop).
- High level of creativity with proven experience of innovative thinking through the design and 3D process, and/or product development.
- Must have great communication/presentation skills and work well with others.
