The Director of Production Support will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our finance and supply chain systems production support team. This includes ensuring high availability and performance of all applications and modules.
You will lead incident response and problem resolution processes, establishing and maintaining service level agreements with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Developing strategies to improve system reliability, scalability, and efficiency is also a key responsibility.
