ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS :
- To help open new business and grow Skechers apparel category in your assigned territory.
- To develop a seasonal / annual business plan (by account) that details growth objectives and key programs.
- To attend all trade shows and buy meetings as deemed necessary by management.
- To work effectively with your manager to maximize Skechers distribution within your account base.
- To gather and report sell-thru information weekly for your assigned accounts.
- To keep track of your account’s weekly customer reviews, inventory, % IMU margins.
- Maintain current awareness of competitors, competitive product lines and programs with a strong overall understanding of the Skechers Apparel and disseminate relevant information with the Sales team.
- To represent Skechers professionally to all accounts within your territory.
- Knowledge of market trends.
