Job Description
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, handling all reception and administrative tasks with efficiency and a warm demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Reception: Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Phone Management: Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate individuals or departments, taking messages as needed.
- Mail and Correspondence: Receive and distribute incoming mail, manage outgoing mail, and ensure all packages and deliveries are handled promptly.
- File Management: Open new client files, maintain and organize existing files, and assist with case files as directed.
- Administrative Support: Provide general office assistance, including ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office logistics.
- Front Desk Organization: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable to maintain a professional environment.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and manner, suitable for greeting clients and visitors.
- A proven track record of reliability and excelling in public facing roles.
- Previous experience in a law firm or professional office setting is a plus, but is not required; we are willing to train the right candidate who is dedicated and eager to learn.
