Responsibilities
- Read shop drawings and spreadsheets.
- Set-up CNC machines according to instructions.
- Mount work piece in chuck using a hoist or cranes.
- Ability to touch off and locate various tools.
- Knowledge of small program changes for different parts.
- Complete all production documents.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Perform other duties and assignments as scheduled and/or required.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience setting up and running CNC machines.
- Safe, accurate and efficient operation on CNC machines.
- Basic PC skills and math skills.
- Act as a team player.
- Basic knowledge of safety standards.
- Must be detail oriented and able to complete production documentation.
