Heavy Duty Sales Leadership Position

Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing remote sales team, fostering a results-oriented culture
* Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers and business partners
* Identify market trends and emerging opportunities to position SKF as a leading solution provider in the Heavy-Duty segment
* Prioritize, forecast, budget, and provide performance reports to senior management
Requirements and Qualifications
* Proven track record of sales within the Heavy-Duty Aftermarket business, preferably with a wheel-end background
* Preferably a business or engineering bachelor's degree
* Minimum 10 years of experience, with 5 years in a senior commercial role in the Heavy-Duty Industry
