The introduction and program gatherings, in which you will get training within several areas (such as leadership, project management and business knowledge), are spent together with the full Global Graduate group. Upon completion of the Global Graduate Program will have a solid platform to leverage a career within SKF.

Key responsibilities:
- Project management including coordination and management of cross-functional project teams and stakeholder expectations.
- Interfacing with other parts of the organization to gather and report data to support sustainability initiatives.
- Develop product material compliance status for mixtures (involves interfacing with engineering to collect SDSs to determine compliance status of mixtures) Plan, execute and deliver a Graduate project during each rotation, either alone or together with local resources
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree with preference for chemistry, material science, environmental science or sustainability in combination with extracurricular activities. Masters degree a plus.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set and/or experience
- International- and cross culture experiences
- Preferably 0 - 2 years of working experience post-graduation.
- English working proficiency.
- Drive and energy to make a change.
- Business oriented mindset
- High flexibility, willing to travel.
- Demonstrates a sense of ownership and empowerment
- Ability to work well with different people in different cultures Demonstrates a high level of integrity
