Job Overview
This role requires a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at our Falconer, NY location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leadership and a fire in the belly only satisfied when a job is well done. This position reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and will be responsible for all facets of manufacturing processes and procedures, working with both Product Engineering and Operations.
- Conducts studies in operations to optimize work flow and spatial utilization.
- Maintains product and company reputation by understanding and complying with government regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing and specifying tooling and fixtures needed to manufacture products.
- Understanding heat treating, machining, and grinding methods and processes.
