We currently have an opportunity available for a Manufacturing Engineer who will be responsible for all facets of manufacturing processes and procedures. This position reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and will work closely with both Product Engineering and Operations teams.
- This role involves defining proper manufacturing process steps for new and existing engineered products.
- The successful candidate will estimate correct labor standards, track variances, and perform root cause analysis to improve standards.
- Evaluating manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research is also key to this role.

- Develops standard manufacturing processes to minimize process and quality variations (standard work).
- Designs and specifies tooling and fixtures needed to manufacture products.
- Leads manufacturing engineering projects and process improvements.
- Maintains product and company reputation by understanding and complying with government regulations and company policies.
