Sales Director for Heavy Duty Business
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our heavy-duty business in North America. This strategic management role will drive value growth, build business plans, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead a remote sales team fostering a results-oriented culture
* Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives
* Build long-term relationships with key customers and partners
* Identify market trends and emerging opportunities

Requirements and Qualifications
* Proven track record in heavy-duty aftermarket sales
* Bachelor's degree in business or engineering
* Minimum 10 years of experience, 5 years in senior commercial role in heavy-duty industry
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales performance tools
