Summary: Primary role is to manage the Lifts Maintenance Team, provide leadership to supervisors and staff; ensure the maintenance, overhaul, and repair of all lifts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hire and train all lift maintenance personnel
- Schedule employees
- Prepare and manage budgets
- Involvement in lift operators training
- Inspect, repair and maintain lifts, associated buildings and ramps
- Perform administrative duties for department i.e., records, scheduling, logs, budget, incident documentation, uniforms, tools, supplies, etc.
- Set up and perform preventive maintenance
- Perform other duties as required by management
