We are seeking a skilled Equipment Specialist to join our team. As an Equipment Specialist, you will interact with customers daily by delivering equipment rentals to their accommodations, completing on-mountain support services, and picking up gear at the end of their rental period.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings while focusing on our three Key Customer Requirements: Equipment, Support, and Order Fulfillment.
- Packing orders for future delivery.
- Setting up the next shift and future team members for success.
- Basic ski/snowboard tuning, waxing, and general equipment maintenance.
- Making/Answering customer phone calls with a positive and inviting tone of voice.
- Restocking delivery vehicles with extra equipment.
