Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Seasoned Ski Equipment Specialist to join our team. As the face of Ski Butlers, you will interact with customers daily by delivering equipment rentals, providing on-mountain support, and picking up gear at the end of the rental period. Your primary focus will be on ensuring exceptional service and setting your teammates up for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings while focusing on our Key Customer Requirements: Equipment, Service, and Delivery.
- Choose the right equipment for each guest based on their skills and current resort conditions.
- Provide equipment support to guests within 45 minutes.
- Pack orders for future delivery.
- Set up the next shift and future team members for success.
- Perform basic ski/snowboard tuning, waxing, and general equipment maintenance.
- Making/Answering customer phone calls with a positive and inviting tone of voice.
- Restock delivery vehicles with extra equipment.
