Seasonal (Seasonal) Job Title : Ski V alet Technician Location : South Lake Tahoe, CA (Edgewood Tahoe Resort) Terms : Seasonal, full and part time roles available Pay : $18 / hour base wage, plus tips. Requirements : Expect weekend and holiday work. Daily operations broken into morning and evening shifts. Previous hospitality experience preferred, not required ! About the role : Valet technicians are the face of Ski Butlers at our on-site hotel service center locations. This role aims to provide a seamless experience for all hotel guests using the hotel's skier services. From arrival to departure, valet technicians' welcome guests to the resort, store their equipment for daily use , work with hotel team members and create a genuine, personal hospitality experience unlike any other. • Barring blackout dates Access to 645 industry discounted brands through Expertvoice Discounted access to Rossignol / Dynastar / Lange equipment 401K benefit and match for ALL staff members over 18 years old Primary Responsibilities : Uphold brand standards through exceptional customer service while meeting our Key Customer Requirements : KCR #1 : On Time - arriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time KCR #2 : Communication - setting clear expectations around the entire scope of service KCR #3 : Equipment - choosing the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort Provide timely , accurate placement and retrieval of guest's skis and other related stored equipment Support : assist guests with fitting and adjusting Ski Butlers equipment as needed Pickup : A ll scheduled returns are brought back to the shop, sanitized, re-stickered and tuned for their next use Assist guests with relevant information regarding resort operations, meeting areas, on-site hotel amenities, transportation and local mountain to wn knowledge Setting up the next shift and future team members for success Enhance the overall skier experience Secondary Responsibilities : Basic ski / snowboard tuning, waxing and general equipment maintenance Making / Answering customer phone calls and face-to-face questions with a positive and inviting tone of voice Taking reservations and issuing refunds Anticipating guest needs Re-stock amenities Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment

Salary : $18
