What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patio Furniture Sales Specialist position at Ski Haus?
Come Join us for the Spring and Summer season! We are hiring for full-time and part-time (at least 3 days per week) seasonal Patio Furniture Sales Specialists! This is a seasonal position (April-August) that has potential to carry over into the winter months if you are a skier or snowboarder.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience
- Weekend availability
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Basic Computer skills
- Sales and Customer Service skills
- Able to stand 8 hours
- Able to lift 50 pounds
Responsibilities:
- Ensure every customer is happily greeted upon entrance into the store and given amazing customer service
- Ensure every customer gets a proper introduction to the type of company we are, the type of Brands of Patio furniture we sell in the store and the type of Patio furniture items we carry
- Take the time at work to study and learn the Patio furniture we carry. This includes studying catalogs, paid clinics, online resources and help from management staff
- Ring customers out at the register when needed
- Keep all the sales floor and Patio furniture neat, clean and organized each day
- Ask good questions and assess the customer needs to get the customer into the patio furniture set that is perfect for them
- Complete data entry into excel file for our patio Sales Tracker and ensure our sales are followed up with daily-- Was it delivered? Has the order been delayed? Were they notified for when they will be able to pick up their purchase?
- Continually merchandise and reset the patio floor models with the team to keep a neat, organized and compelling sales floor
- Have a friendly, team and solution oriented attitude
Salary : $15 - $18
