Groomer/Equipment Operator

Responsibilities
Operate grooming equipment such as snowcats or snowmachines to groom ski slopes.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on grooming equipment.
Monitor snow conditions and make informed decisions about grooming techniques.
Ensure the safety of guests by maintaining a smooth and well-groomed surface.
Collaborate with other team members to coordinate grooming schedules.
Comply with all safety regulations and procedures.
Maintain records of grooming activities and conditions.
Plow and snow removal as need.
Qualifications
Previous experience in ski slope grooming is preferred.
Proficiency in operating grooming equipment and machinery.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Physical fitness and the ability to work in a mountainous environment in various weather conditions.
Knowledge of ski slope safety practices.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be 18 years or older
Compensation and Benefits
$20-22/hour
Holiday pay if worked
’24-’25 Ski Land Staff Pass
One day ticket to give to friends and family for every pay period worked.
