Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in-store by assisting customers with ski and snowboard equipment selection and answering questions about products
- Fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently, including picking, packing, and shipping items to customers. This includes inspecting gear for any potential issues, performing tunes and restorations
- Maintain and update inventory for both in-store and online platforms to ensure accurate stock levels
- Cross-train in various roles, including cashiering, customer support, and warehouse operations, to support the team as needed
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly, both in person and online
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience
- Contribute to the team by sharing knowledge about skiing, snowboarding, and related equipment
Qualifications
- Skiing or snowboarding experience is highly prioritized—your passion for the sport helps create a better experience for our customers.
- Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, especially when managing online orders.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of customers.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for skiing, snowboarding, and knowledge of related gear is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic technology and point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
