What are the responsibilities and job description for the Visiting Faculty, Neuroscience position at Skidmore College?
The Neuroscience Program at Skidmore College invites applications for a two-year Visiting Faculty position in Neuroscience to begin Fall 2025. This position will serve to strengthen the interdisciplinary Neuroscience Program at Skidmore College. The teaching-load averages nine contact hours per semester. This position covers such courses as Introductory Neuroscience with lab and intermediate- or upper-level courses in the candidate’s subspecialty; ideally, we seek to supplement our current faculty offerings by hiring someone who brings new expertise and course topics to our curriculum.
Candidates must be firmly committed to undergraduate education.
