We’re looking for an experienced Landscape and Irrigation Supervisor to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of leadership experience,be very dependable, and a strong ability to manage both projects and personnel. This is a hands-on role where you will ensure quality work, meet client needs, and maintain a productive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians in landscape and irrigation installations.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure timely, high-quality project completion.
- Provide training, mentorship, and ensure team safety.
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain project schedules and resource allocation.
- Inspect completed work for quality and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of leadership experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of landscape installation and management (preferred).
- Irrigation installation experience is preferred.
- Dependable transportation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Equipment (skid steer or mini excavator) experience preferred.
- Ability to work varying hours as needed
- Perform manual labor in various weather conditions
