Job Description
As a licensed practical nurse graduate, you will play a vital role in our healthcare team by providing efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse. Your responsibilities will include evaluating patients' conditions, collecting data, and reporting changes in condition. You will also contribute to nursing assessments and care planning to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
