Job Description

Your responsibilities will include evaluating patients' conditions, collecting data, and reporting changes in condition. You will also contribute to nursing assessments and care planning to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
