- 3 years of experience in an ERP-related role, specifically in Oracle E-Business Suite Development or Business Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements, determining the best Oracle solutions and customizations.
- Develop, test, and implement new Oracle E-Business Suite functionalities and configurations.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to Oracle Business Suite functionality, data, and interfaces.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify process improvements and optimize Oracle capabilities.
- Prepare business cases and cost estimates for new features and modifications.
- Document system configurations, support processes, and customizations per IT standards.
- Work closely with infrastructure, database, and application teams for system testing and performance optimization.
- Train and provide orientation to Oracle end-users.
Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to various stakeholders.
- Experience working in collaborative teams and managing priorities independently.
- Full life cycle development experience within ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting issues and identifying process enhancements.
- Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite modules, interfaces, and technologies.
Mandatory Requirements
- Functional configuration experience in one or more of the following Oracle EBS modules (preferably 12.2 ): AR, GL, FA, Projects, or Grants.
- Technical expertise in Oracle tables, APIs, and development guidelines.
- Experience providing end-user support and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in SQL queries, PL/SQL development, and debugging.
- Knowledge of RICEWF objects such as Oracle Reports, BI Publisher reports, Forms, OAF Extensions, Interfaces, and Workflow.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud technologies and tools.
- Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an ERP-related role, specifically in Oracle E-Business Suite Development or Business Analysis.

Pay: $61,000.00 - $81,000.00 per year
