• Licensed Architect or Professional Engineer preferred.

Summary
Seeking an experienced and visionary Principal / Architectural Engineering professional to lead the strategic growth and operational development of our new Bentonville, AR location. This role is integral to advancing our partnership and expanding our presence with other companies in the grocery, food service, retail, and mixed-use sectors.

The Principal will serve as a leader, strategist, and brand ambassador, responsible for building a high-performing team, developing client relationships, and driving regional growth.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy

• Serve as the face of the Bentonville office, representing our brand and values.
• Lead strategic initiatives to strengthen and grow our relationship with Walmart.
• Collaborate with Executive Management on the development and execution of short- and long-term business strategies.
• Establish and grow a high-performance office team including project managers, discipline leaders, and technical staff.

Business Development

• Identify and secure new opportunities within Walmart and across adjacent markets.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and trusted advisor for clients.
• Cultivate and expand client relationships to drive sustainable growth.

Operational Management

• Oversee office operations, financial performance, and project delivery standards.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and talent development efforts to build and retain a strong local team.
• Lead performance monitoring, budgeting, and project resourcing to ensure alignment with firm-wide goals.

Project & Client Delivery

• Provide quality assurance on architectural and engineering services.
• Ensure projects meet predefined quality, financial, and performance standards.
• Guide teams through contract negotiations, project scoping, and client communications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,515.00 - $180,000.00 per year
