Product Manager (No C2C)

Position : Product Manager

Location : Minneapolis, MN or Charlotte, NC (Hybrid: 3 days in office per week)

Duration: 6 months with potential to extend

Interview Process: One 1-hour panel interview

Job Overview:

This contingent resource assignment involves consulting on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Product Management. The role requires creative problem-solving skills, data analysis expertise, and the ability to adapt to shifting goals and deliverables. The position supports the Systems and Operations team in managing BIN operations, executing product owner responsibilities, coordinating testing, validating production, and providing general product management support for debit card payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult on and contribute to the resolution of complex, multi-faceted product management challenges, requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Collaborate strategically with client personnel to meet project deliverables while adhering to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Pull and analyze data using existing queries and create new queries as needed.
• Execute key functions to support BIN management and debit card payment product operations.
• Coordinate testing efforts, validate production, and manage ad hoc requests as they arise.
• Provide innovative solutions for mismatched or incomplete data to achieve business goals.
• Adapt processes and deliverables to align with changing goals and objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables).
