Duties

- Engage in budgeting processes to allocate resources efficiently while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders, including community partners, funders, and clients.
- Oversee program management to ensure quality service delivery, particularly in behavioral health and social work sectors.
- Advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their needs are represented at all levels of decision-making.
- Attend regular board meetings and participate actively in discussions and decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative roles with strong management skills.
- Background in social work or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial oversight.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in relationship management to effectively engage stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability in program development and management within a nonprofit or similar environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate the organization’s mission and goals effectively.
