Position Summary
The HCM Client Relationship Manager is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with vendor and market partners to identify opportunities for collaboration and drive sales of the organizations services. This role combines business development, relationship management, and sales expertise to expand the organization's client base and revenue streams through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Relationship Development: Establish and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with HCM vendors, market partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Leverage partner networks to identify opportunities for promoting and selling the organizations services, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Market Insights & Opportunities: Stay informed on market trends, competitive offerings, and client needs to tailor services and strengthen value propositions.
- Collaboration & Networking: Act as a liaison between the organization and partners, facilitating introductions, partnerships, and collaborative opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients through vendor and partner referrals.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and customized solutions to prospective clients.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of partner and client satisfaction by providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track partnership activities, sales metrics, and client acquisition data to evaluate and report on performance against goals.
