Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:
Providing guidance to our clients when creating compelling content for the candidate value proposition
Providing day-to-day support to our clients and candidates involved in the hiring process
Remaining current on the latest hiring trends involving the market conditions for specific specialties and demographics in various industries and geographical regions
Building and executing a targeted research strategy to source candidates for assigned projects
Reviewing and evaluating prospective job candidates and their qualifications and skills
Human Resource/People Ops responsibilities might include:
Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Developing contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
Planning, directing and supervising all activities relating to the administration and maintenance of payroll and employee benefits programs.
Administering benefits programs, including conducting analyses and serving as primary contact with providers (including group health and life), workers' compensation, unemployment and retirement plans.
Maintaining and expanding knowledge and understanding of existing and proposed federal and state laws/regulations affecting human resource management. Identifying trends that could affect organizational objectives and/or operational resources. Interpreting appropriate laws and policies and advise management, employees and retirees accordingly.
Partnering with leadership as needed to identify and build HR processes and technology to facilitate business processes and solutions.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
Enjoys problem-solving new ways to maximize full use of technology resources
Excellent time management skills
Requires minimal supervision and oversight to meet deadlines and prioritize work objectives
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Comfortable communicating with employees at all levels within an organization
A Bachelor’s degree
3 years in talent acquisition and human resources
