Our skilled nursing facility is seeking a n experienced Admissions / Marketing Coordinator to join our team!
Key responsibilities :
- Conduct tours of the facility for prospective residents, families, and referral sources.
- Coordinate and process admissions documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.
- Facilitate a smooth transition for new residents by collaborating with nursing, social services, and other relevant departments.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the facility's services, including digital marketing, print advertising, community events, and social media campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
- Attend networking events, health fairs, and other community activities to promote the facility and its services.
- Create marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations, in collaboration with the marketing team or external agencies
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.
