About the Position:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home facility.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage staffing levels and ensure adequate coverage to meet resident needs.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and provide guidance and support to staff members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the facility.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
- Bachelor's Degree in health care administration, business administration, finance, or a medical specialty.
- Two experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Comprehensive knowledge of Long-Term Care Medicaid and Medicare and IDPH regulations and standards.
