This is an outstanding opportunity to assist our Director of Nursing (DON) with daily responsibilities and contribute to the delivery of top-tier care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the Director of Nursing Services (DNS) in managing day-to-day operations while maintaining high-quality care standards.
- Conduct weekly Wound / Skin Rounds , ensuring optimal care for our residents.
- Promote effective communication and foster a collaborative work environment among the nursing staff.
- Address the nursing and medical needs of residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
- Be on call 24 / 7 , providing leadership and support when needed.
- Oversee and coordinate comprehensive planning for nursing services.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of nursing theory and practices , ensuring best practices are followed.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of medical records , adhering to all relevant regulations.
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and orientation of new nursing staff.
- Manage daily staffing processes and infection control measures to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Adapt to unpredictable scheduling needs, providing leadership in times of change.
