Salary range: $90,000-$ 120,000 ( Based on experience)
Our facility is a leading skilled nursing and rehabilitation center that is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. Our experienced team works in a collaborative and compassionate environment, focused on improving the lives of our residents through innovative therapy programs and supportive services. We are currently seeking a dynamic Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy department.
The Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) is responsible for overseeing the physical, occupational, and speech therapy departments. This leadership role ensures the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services in compliance with regulatory standards, promotes staff development, and supports interdisciplinary communication to achieve optimal resident outcomes.
Oversee daily operations of rehab services including PT, OT, and SLP
Supervise and support therapy staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
Ensure all therapy services meet applicable clinical, quality, and compliance standards
Coordinate with nursing and medical staff to develop and execute individualized treatment plans
Monitor documentation and billing processes for accuracy and timeliness
Implement and maintain systems for tracking therapy outcomes and department goals
Participate in care plan meetings and quality improvement initiatives
Current licensure in PA as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist (Required)
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting (Preferred)
Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting (Highly Preferred)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid regulations and EMR systems
