Monday - Friday dayshift hours
M ust have experience with scheduling, and setting up transportation

Responsibilities
Answer phones on the unit and transfer calls to patients and staff members as needed
Greet visitors and family members as they enter the unit
Assist staff with answering call lights for our patients' non-medical needs (turning TV on or off, turning lights on or off, grabbing them a snack or drink, alerting a CNA or Nurse regarding a medical need, etc.)
Printing off paperwork and faxes from the unit
To join this team please have the following requirements :
A working knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, legal aspects of health information, coding, indexing, etc., preferred but not required.
Must possess the ability to communicate tactfully with personnel, residents, visitors, and the public
Must be knowledgeable of medical terminology
Must have compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly.
